Hello beautiful people and welcome to my blog.. Happy Wednesday.
Today I will be sharing 3 kind of parties you could host over the holidays.
If you’re like me and enjoy having people over. There’s no better time to do that than during the holidays. The fun part about planning a party is you could either go all out or keep it casual. But again if you are like me, casual is never the theme.
Planning a party or a get together is definitely one way to feel excited as it’s something to look forward to both for you and your guests. So with that being said here are 3 themed parties you could host this holiday.
1. Silk Pijama Party
A party in your comfy pijamas! Yes please!!
Two years ago I hosted a satin pijama party with my girlfriends. Everyone had to bring out their favourite satin pajamas, we played games, exchanged secret Santa gifts, I made a christmas roast dinner, baked a delicious and scrumptious sticky toffee pudding.
We had drinks, snacks, music, even got a personalised Snapchat filter and overall a blast. To top it up my first left with some personalised gifts.
2. Christmas Jumper Party
Although you will not find me in an ugly jumper. This is another fun and creative way to get excited.
Everyone has to show up wearing a Christmas jumper, I mean it can either be a cute jumper or an ugly jumper but either way it’s all in the name of Christmas. So whether it’s at your workplace, church or at home with your family. Have a Christmas sweater party and get as creative as you desire.
3. Glitz and Glam Dinner party
It wouldn’t be right not to have an all dressed up dinner party now would it. Bring out the sequin and satin dresses, the red lipstick, the suits and ties and glam up for a glamorous Christmas dinner.
If you have the space, bring out your Christmas decorations, set up your table, prepare your meal and entertainment, christmas crackers, wow your guests to a glamorous evening with Micheal Bublé playing in the background.
That’s all I have to share for today. I know there are many other fun parties you could host over the holidays. So pick a theme, send out your invitations and get planning.
If you could host a party ..what theme would it be?
