Part 2: Journey To a Better You Continues

Hello beautiful people and welcome back to my blog. Happy Weekend!

The First thing I will be talking about is

WHO Am I? the reason I started off with this is because I feel it’s very important to know and acknowledge who you are. Knowing who you are allows you to stand firm in your identity and not be dragged by everyone’s description of who you are. We live in a society that feels one should be a certain way so knowing who you are helps you to love yourself more, make better decisions and most of all be the best version of yourself.

As part of the journey, I would advice everyone to journal the journey, the reason I find journaling as such a key factor is because it will help to track your progress, it’s always good to look back and see how far you’ve come.

So we’re gonna start by writing down who we are, write everything you believe you are,good or bad. Of course I would encourage more good but please be honest with yourself. I am not trying to make you bash yourself, that’s not the purpose of this journey.

The list doesn’t have to be long or short, it has to be real.


Next we will then look at Self-reflection looking at your strengths and weaknesses. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses allows you to understand your abilities and find ways to improve on certain things. Knowing what you are good at, increases your confidence and self-esteem, it allows you to perform in the best way possible. Although knowing your weaknesses often sounds like a bad idea, because it can affect the way you feel about yourself. Have an open mind to finding solutions to your weaknesses by not letting them put you down. I hope that makes sense.

So write down your strengths and weaknesses and reflect on finding solutions to your weaknesses and ways to strengthen your strengths, and example could be like the image below:


The third point I will be sharing is 10 Things I love about myself. I actually wrote a blog about this a while ago, check it out here 10 Things I Love About Myself . The reason I added this was again for reflection purposes. If you were to name the things you love or simply what you love, how long would it take you to name yourself? I feel like this is something we should get used to doing in the most humbling way. Write down a couple of things you love about yourself,it could be ten or five or two… It doesn’t matter. Enjoy the process and take your time.
